Photo Boutique is a family business in Timișoara, Timiș county, Romania, hiring out photo booths for events. We are the data controller for the information described below.

The enquiry form
The form on the contact page does not send us anything automatically and stores nothing on this site. What you type stays in your browser; when you press a button, it is only used to compose a message that you then send, via WhatsApp or your own email app.
In other words, you decide what reaches us and through which channel. If you press nothing, we receive nothing.
Once you do write to us, we receive whatever you included: your name, contact details, the date and place of the event, and any details you add. We use them solely to reply, prepare your quote and, if you book us, organise our attendance.
Legal basis and how long we keep things
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you started, and for confirmed bookings, on the basis of performing our contract with you.
We keep quote conversations for roughly 12 months after the last message, so we can pick the thread back up if you return. For booked events, we keep financial records for as long as Romanian accounting law requires (generally 10 years).
Event photographs
The photographs taken at your event belong to you. We send them to the organiser afterwards and normally delete them from our working systems within 90 days.
We publish event photographs on this site or on social media only with the organiser's agreement. If you appear in a published photograph and want it taken down, write to us and we will remove it without asking for a reason.
Cookies and statistics
This site uses no cookies and has no analytics or tracking of any kind. We put nothing in your browser and do not follow you across other sites.
The only things your browser stores are the page's own technical preferences, if any, and those never leave your device.
Third-party services
The site's fonts are hosted on our own server precisely so that your IP address is not passed to an external font network.
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, by email or through social media, that conversation happens on the relevant platform and is subject to its privacy policy (Meta for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook; Google for Gmail; TikTok). When you use the WhatsApp button on the form, the message text - including the details you typed - travels inside the link address to Meta’s servers. If you would rather avoid that, use the email option or call us.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to us and we will resolve it within 30 days, free of charge.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
Changes
If we change anything material in this policy, we update the date above. The version published here is always the one in force.
